What are Time Credits and where can you earn them?

Time Credits are a form of alternative currency rewarding you for time that you put in to your community.

Notes are designed to reflect the area in which they are earned, this is what Queen’s Parks note looks like.

Where can you spend Queen’s Park Time Credits?

Below is a list of local outlets where you can use Queen’s Park Time Credits:

Queen’s Park Library

  • New release DVD for 2 nights :  2 time credits
  • Standard feature films for a week’s loan: 2 time credits
  • Children’s DVD for a week’s loan: 1 time credit
  • C.D. loan for 3 weeks: 1 time credit (as they only cost 80p to borrow we’re happy for people to spend 1 time credit on these).
  • Free book/DVD reservation for 1 time credit.

You will need to be member of the library, it’s free to join but take proof of address along with you.

No need to call ahead but is first come first served.

Ida Italian Restaurant

Ida is offering places on its wonderful cookery courses to people with Time Credits. Spend a Saturday morning leaning to make various pasta’s and sauces and sit down with the group to eat your creations at the end.

  • 4 Time Credits per person.
  • Places are limited per course

Cardiff Campsite
